The Opportunity

We are looking for a Construction Co-Ordinator to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation.

Responsibilities for our Construction Coordinators are:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Help build project specific bid packages for each project based on an existing template
  • Releasing and collecting bid requests to the trades
  • Working with clients to make selections, document those selections, and to gather pricing from the vendors
  • Document client conversations, ideas/wants/needs and decisions in our client portal
  • Assist with preparing building permit applications
  • Help manage the design process for timely completion

Qualifications for our Construction Coordinators are:

  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Must have clean driving record, be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening
